Prevent injuries while running

The sun is warming up, the snow slowly begins to melt which indicate that the ideal moment for outdoor running is fast approaching.  Now is the time to prepare and hit the road with your running shoes on !  It is therefore very important to get ready not to injure yourself and especially spend a beautiful season without obstacles.

  • Do you wear appropriate running shoes when you exercise ? 
  • Is it necessary to change the way you run ? 
  • Do you run too fast ? 
  • Do you feel pain after running ?
  • Do you run with proper biomechanics ?  
  • Do you suffer from an injury that does not heal ? 
  • Do you have sore feet during or after running ?

  • High-performance treadmill with integrated pressure plate allowing to measure and quantify the pressure on your feet.
  • Camera with an analysis system enabling to understand your biomechanics and make sure that your feet move adequately when you run.
